What TOOLGRID Provides

TOOLGRID offers free, browser-based utility tools for text processing, file conversion, calculations, encoding, and similar everyday tasks.

No account is required. No payment is required. Tools are provided as-is with no uptime guarantee.

Accuracy & Your Responsibility

Tool outputs may change as we fix edge cases and improve algorithms. Do not rely on any result without your own verification — especially in production code, legal documents, or financial calculations.

TOOLGRID provides no warranty of any kind, express or implied. You are responsible for reviewing output before acting on it.

Your Data

TOOLGRID tool code processes selected files and entered text in the browser without posting them to a TOOLGRID processing endpoint. Static assets and optional analytics or advertising services have separate network and cookie boundaries.

Brand, Mirroring, and Reuse

You may use TOOLGRID tools for your own work, but you may not clone, mirror, scrape, bulk copy, republish, or repackage TOOLGRID as a competing service without permission.

Do not remove TOOLGRID branding, copyright notices, canonical links, or attribution from copied pages, screenshots, bundles, or derivative services.

Third-Party Services

TOOLGRID may use Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, Google Analytics, and Google AdSense. These services may process page and device activity, IP addresses, cookies, web beacons, and other identifiers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Regional consent and opt-out choices apply where required. Terms such as sale or sharing can have specific legal meanings; review the Privacy Policy instead of relying on a blanket characterization.

Operator, Applicable Law & Mandatory Rights

These terms apply to the extent permitted by the laws governing your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights under applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, jurisdiction and venue are determined by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When material wording changes, we will update the effective date shown on this page. Continued use of TOOLGRID after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
