Infinite Tabs Support
Status: Public self-service and email support
Infinite Tabs is currently a BYOK-only Chrome extension. This page is the available public support resource for setup, privacy, provider-connection, accessibility, and troubleshooting guidance, and it provides an optional email channel. It does not offer a web form, promise an individual response, accept donations, provide checkout, or grant a paid benefit.
Useful self-service steps
- Open Settings โ AI provider to review the provider, model, endpoint, and budget settings. Use Test connection only when direct provider access is enabled and you intend to send the short test request.
- Open Settings โ Privacy to review the active privacy preset, direct cloud processing, Work insights, and the three cleanup levels.
- If a page is unexpectedly absent, check whether it is HTTPS, incognito, or blocked by the current sensitive-site preset.
- If results appear stale after changing privacy settings, allow queued work to settle; the extension fences prior-policy results and clears affected cached context.
- For provider authentication, quota, billing, model availability, or key revocation, use the configured provider's own support channel. Infinite Tabs cannot inspect, recover, replace, or refund a third-party key.
Email support and feedback
For product support, privacy questions, terms questions, or feedback, email infinite-tabs@outlook.com. Sending email is optional. The email service providers involved in delivery process the sender and recipient addresses, message headers, body, attachments, and delivery metadata needed to route, secure, and deliver the message. The developer receives only the information you voluntarily choose to send; the extension does not automatically attach or upload workspace data, diagnostics, browsing history, page content, AI questions or answers, or API keys.
Do not send an API key, private page content, full browsing URLs, a complete browsing history, an unreviewed diagnostic export, or other sensitive information. No response time, individual reply, or service level is guaranteed.
Keep sensitive data private
When troubleshooting, do not place an API key, private page content, AI questions or answers, full browsing URLs, a complete browsing history, or an unreviewed diagnostic export into an email, public post, or third-party service. The extension's local diagnostics can be viewed, exported, or cleared in Settings; review any export before sharing it anywhere.
